On September 11 , I accmplished 97 step ups, 24 mofified push ups, and 21 three minute curl up test with 150 bpm. On October 2, I didnt do as well as I could have. On october 2 , I performed 100 step ups , 26 modified pushups, and 25 curl ups. I improved on October 2, because i wanted to see myself do better than I did the first time .
I know I can do better than this . I will do more curl ups , push ups, and three minute curl ups every night and do more than what im told to do in class. I have to get out of my 20s in my curl ups and push ups , thats my next goal. I did really good to be a girl but I know what I can achieve. My next fitness test will be on point .
